PHILADELPHIA, September 15, 2007 — The Constitutional Sources Project, a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C., partenered with the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia to launch ConSource.org, the only free fully-indexed online library of constitutional sources, on Constitution Day, September 17, the 220th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.
