Ms. Webb, Senior Vice President of Operations, has been with Coltrin since 2007. Ms. Webb is primarily responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by driving all media activities and maintaining clear communication channels with every client. Ms. Webb's role has included extensive work with health care trades, highlighting a variety of new technologies and currently includes global
strategy for multi-billion dollar international technology firm, Smiths Detection, developing new international market media strategies for Quiznos, and driving U.S. branding media for Cold Stone Creamery. Prior to her current position, Ms. Webb served as a Director, Account Manager and Account Executive, developing media coverage for multiple clients and initiatives.
Vice President Human Resources and Executive Services
Susan Battafarano is Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Services. She has been with Coltrin and Associates, Inc. since 1998 and has served in various capacities of administrative handling and day to day operations for the firm and the executive management team. Prior to joining Coltrin, Susan worked for Union Bank of Switzerland in New York in their
Investment Banking and Business Development departments as executive assistant to several managing directors. From 1982-1993 she worked in the reinsurance industry at Constitution Reinsurance Corporation in their Human Resources and then Claims department.
Senior Account Executive
Mr. Garcia has been with Coltrin & Associates since 2016 as a Senior Account Executive. He has worked with a wide number of clients, particularly in the restaurant/foodservice, pharmaceuticals/healthcare and technology industries. Among his key functions are earned media outreach, strategic corporate messaging, crisis management and client relations.
